The Law Firm emerged from the working association of three other Law Firms; Ayodele Adejuyigbe & Co, Olugbenga Fabilola & Co and Oluyinka Onamade.

It runs a general commercial practice with three (3) Partners and about 10 (ten)
other Lawyers. Its offices are situated at JUSTICE CHAMBERS, IN HIS GRACE SUITES, 38/40, STRACHAN STREET (3RD FLOOR), Lagos Nigeria's commercial nerve centre and with a presence in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory and Port Harcourt in Rivers State.

Our clientele base cuts across the Public and Private Sectors of the Nigerian economy. We also have high net worth individuals retained as clients. In addition we render a couple of pro bono cases based on our conviction and the need to be of service to humanity.
